What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a diverse range of roles across multiple functions within the LATAM region.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates, leveraging regional platforms and networks.
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and provide data-driven insights on market trends and compensation.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation, ensuring a positive and engaging journey.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously optimize processes, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, contributing to employer branding initiatives tailored to attract talent in the LATAM market.
  • Stay abreast of regional talent trends, competitive landscapes, and employment legislation to inform recruitment strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant focus on the Latin American market.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and hiring for a variety of roles (e.g., tech, sales, operations, finance).
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential for effective regional communication.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM talent markets, cultural nuances, and best practices for candidate engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate management and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Portuguese is a significant advantage.
  • Experience recruiting for a rapidly scaling technology or SaaS company.
  • Prior experience working in a hybrid work environment, effectively managing remote and in-office collaboration.
  • A strong professional network within the LATAM talent community.
  • Certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition best practices.
